Barefoot Joe has been writing and recording music for nearly 20 years.  He has worked with a wide variety of respected writers, producers, and artists, including Clarence Jey (Tenntones Inc.), Joshua Thompson (J Records), Danny Kensy (Yep Records), Dakota Jay (Rad Records), and Corey Lee Barker.

Performing barefoot — a signature symbol of his grounded, no-pretense artistry and heritage — he connects with audiences through raw emotion and unfiltered storytelling. He has opened for a number of artists including Drew Baldridge, John Rich, Old Dominion, Montgomery Gentry, Michael Ray, Brett Young, Ray Scott, Tony Jackson, Southerland, and Confederate Railroad.
